How do I know if I'm depressed?
Often signs of depression come and go, however, the person with this continued experience knows full well, the darkening clouds and signs of depression can leave them feeling half alive, uninterested in lilfe. It seems over and over, no matter how hard they try, it's difficult to leave these feelings behind for good.
Can I stop this feeling of depression?
Even people with years of depression have found relief in just a few sessions of hypnosis & NLP. This may sound a little over the top, considering the plight of own that lives within the gray zone of depression, but it's totally possible to recover!

Using NLP and Hypnotherapy we approach this old pattern and make shifts from within the internal unconscious. Best results can be had in three consecutive sessions allowing you to go deep into your inner unconscious. Even though you may feel like you are sleeping all the time, you still wake feeling tired. This is because the brain has not gone deep enough during sleep for a long time, and can no longer release the chemicals that make us feel good.
During these sessions we use NLP and hypnotherapy to help the unconscious mind begin to re-charge and begin to repattern negative thoughts that accumulate in the mind when we are in a constant state of depression.

Generally reviewing the past takes us back there. The one good thing about the past is it's over. From where you are now, you can make changes and enjoy life opening up for you again.
And my future?
Often what we tell ourselves is exactly what we experience in the future. So the constant reminder of the past, in the current moment is a pretty sure way to secure a future experience that is similar. Changing your inner language patterns will produce a different future, if we just let it.
