IBS/Crohns & Irritable Bowel
These auto-immune diseases are creating more and more stress in peoples lives today!
If you are suffering from any of the symptoms associated with these disorders it can feel like your life has been taken from you.
How does Hypnotherapy & NLP assist with my pain?
To start with, much of the pain and discomfort associated with these illness's are very often connected to the Type A personality, the desire to get everything done, and do it right! The fear, tension & resulting pain is often associated with the frame of mind a person approaches a task with.
NLP assists with reframing and changing those internal voices that are so critical in nature!
Hypnosis and deep relaxation baths the tummy in warm, soft, kind energy, that soothes and softens, allowing for the relaxation process to take over. The big muscles of the tummy then are less constricted and receive the blood flow easily into this area.
When the blood flows into the tummy, easily it also can cleanse, clear and facilitate healing of the inflamed cells and tissue.
How Long does it take to get relief?
In about 3-4 sessions over a period of as many months, together with using the CD's we recommend for you daily, you will find the relief you are looking for. More than anything, sleeping deeply, and relaxing the tummy, with breath and retaining a calm mind, can have you feeling better very quickly.
Anything else I should know?
You many not feel like it, but you do need daily exercise! This stimulates the metabolic systems, and allows for the immune system to begin to rebuild itself as well.
You can see there are several areas that all begin to come together, slowly, but over time, you are going to know just what you need to do to keep your tummy safe from the pain and bowel activity that keeps you feeling depleated, thin and hopeless.
Anger
When we are suffering, over long periods of time, with seemingly little results anger can build. This emotion, when turned in on ourselves, or any part of our body, begins to take that part and hold it hostage. Internalized anger, focused and directed at the suffering part of us, - well, there are times I can almost hear a persons tummy begging "please it's not my fault".
We need to reframe the inner rage at ourself, make peace with just how we got here and just how much we can do to change this life experience, that is truly, if we let it, just trying to teach us something.
