How does this help me with my sport?
Every sport requires a certain level of self control. That control is needed for discipline, inner motivation, understanding what it takes to make one more second, and that second can make the difference between gold or silver or even getting on the podeum.

How long will my sessions last?
During a key training season you may want to see us once a month, then before big competitions, before and even during to ensure you are on your game and no one else's.
Sessions are generally 90 minutes, and can be managed globally through the use of the internet.
Can you help with sports injury?
Absolutely! Sports injury, recovery time, and reducing pain, pain mangement, and healing times, are all part of the power of using Hypnotherapy and NLP. They can help you achieve record recovery times while reducing the need for excessive use of pain meds.
